1. Donation Refunds

As a general rule, all donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen. We will consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a duplicate transaction occurs or an incorrect amount is debited due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway.

  • Human Error: If you accidentally enter the wrong amount during the donation process.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you need to request a refund based on the criteria above, you must do so within 7 days of the transaction. Please send an email to annaianbukarangaltrust2026@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Donor’s Full Name

  • Date of Donation

  • Donation Amount

  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number

  • Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the transaction. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note: If a tax-exemption receipt (such as an 80G certificate) has already been issued to you, we may not be able to process the refund.

4. Return of Merchandise (If Applicable)

If your trust sells products made by women beneficiaries: If you have purchased physical goods made by our beneficiaries through our website, we accept returns only for items that are delivered damaged or defective. You must notify us at annaianbukarangaltrust2026@gmail.com with photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
